What we do
You describe the problem — the missed calls, the aging servers, the busywork eating your week. We pick the technology that fits: no more, no less. Here's the menu; the meal is always tailored.
Start with the decision you're trying to improve — approving claims, routing tickets, forecasting stock — and we work backwards to the smallest system that improves it. It lands inside your operations, not in a demo.
Monday morning, one dashboard: every workload, every cloud, every dollar. We know where each cloud shines — and where it bills you for the privilege — because we've run all three in production.
We inventory everything, plan the waves, build the landing zone, and cut over on a Friday night — so Monday morning your team logs into Azure, not the server room. Your auditors get the paper trail; your team keeps its weekends.
It's 11pm and the phone rings. Your assistant answers — books the appointment, answers the FAQ, routes the urgent call to you. Trained on your business, speaking in your voice. The demo below is live: call it right now.
Try the live demo: (437) 494-8235Watch your team work for a day and you'll see the workarounds — the spreadsheets, the copy-paste, the "don't touch that tab." We build the system that removes them, shaped around how you actually work. Documented, handed over, owned by you.
We run the tools on your repo and your RAG system and show you the score — how well your code serves AI assistants, whether your retrieval actually retrieves. You get the number and the fix list. Same rigor as our open-source tools; same honesty.
Friday afternoon, someone says “we’re moving to GitHub.” Monday morning, hundreds of repos, a decade of pipelines, and everyone’s credentials have to land somewhere sane. We’ve run these moves — here’s how each one goes.
Your repos land in GitHub with history intact. Pipelines become Actions workflows — translated, not copy-pasted. Boards become Projects, artifacts find their new home, and your people sign in with the same Entra ID they already use. The team ships on Friday; Monday they commit to the new home.
Bitbucket Pipelines have no export button, so we translate them into Actions by hand and verify each one runs green before the move. Repos arrive with full history; branch permissions, reviewers, and PR templates get mapped — nothing silently dropped.
CI/CD, packages, registries, nested groups — GitLab’s shape maps cleanly onto GitHub’s if you know both sides. We plan the group-to-organization mapping first, migrate in waves, and keep your runners building until the last job flips over.
Same family, better house. We run the GEI migration path — dry run first, real cutover second — and bring Actions, packages, and secrets along. Your developers’ muscle memory stays valid; the infrastructure underneath gets an upgrade.
That Jenkins controller everyone’s afraid to reboot? We translate the pipelines to Actions YAML, move secrets into GitHub’s encrypted store, stand up runners to match, and retire Jenkins with a small ceremony.
Migrations pair naturally: repos move to GitHub while servers move to Azure. One plan, one cutover weekend, one team accountable for both. See on-prem → Azure →
1. Listen. You talk; we take notes. Requirements, constraints, what "done" looks like — in your words, not ours.
2. Propose. The smallest elegant solution that meets the requirement — fixed scope, honest timeline, no surprises.
3. Build & hand over. Production-grade, documented, demonstrated — then it's yours. We stay reachable; you stay in charge.
